What is your minimum spend?

Our minimum spend is $1,500 (excluding delivery) for Wednesday to Friday weddings and events. $3,000 for Saturday and Sunday peak season weddings. May to August is our quieter season, so we are flexible on the minimum during those months.

How far in advance should I book?

Six months or more before your wedding is ideal. Peak season runs October to April and books out quickly. The further out you book, the easier it is to lock in your date and start building the design.

How long until I hear back after sending an enquiry?

Within 48 hours unless we are setting up at a venue (often Thursday to Saturday). Either way, we will always reply as soon as we can. If you have not heard from us, check your junk folder first.

Do you offer a consultation before I book?

We offer one complimentary in-studio appointment which you can take early in the process or closer to your wedding when we finalise details. We also offer a phone consultation at a mutually convenient time. Face-to-face meetings are most useful closer to the day, four to six weeks out is ideal.

Studio consultations are available Wednesday to Saturday mornings. Saturday slots are limited during peak season. We do not offer Sunday appointments but can do phone consultations on weeknights.

What is the deposit and when is final payment due?

A non-refundable deposit of $300 to $500 secures your booking, paid by direct deposit. Final payment is due two weeks before your wedding so we can order product, roster staff, and prepare.

Can I change my florals after I book?

Yes. You can add or subtract florals when we finalise all details two weeks before the wedding. You are only charged for the florals you choose and the associated delivery and set-up costs, in line with the minimum spend.

What if I need to cancel?

Deposits are non-refundable. You can cancel up to four weeks out from your wedding date. After that you may reduce your order by no more than 20%. Once final payment is made (two weeks from your wedding), payments are non-refundable.

We can hold your deposit or full payment and reschedule to another date within 12 months of the original booking, provided we have that date available and a minimum of four weeks notice.

Will you reuse my ceremony florals at the reception?

Where appropriate, yes. Your signing table posy can move to your wishing well or gift table, for example. We do not recommend reusing arch florals in a prominent reception position, as signs of wear are often visible and the styling for an arch differs from a bridal table. We discuss all options with you in the consultation.

What about flowers that are out of season?

We work with seasonal Australian blooms wherever possible. Many flowers are picked exclusively for our clients by growers who share our love of quality.

Imported blooms cost more. While there are occasions when imports are right, our preference is always for seasonal local blooms. If we need to source interstate due to seasonal or environmental conditions, additional charges may apply. Out-of-season flowers and imports such as phalaenopsis orchids carry a premium.

Do you have a peak surcharge?

A 20% surcharge applies to weddings and events booked during Valentine's Day week and Mother's Day week. Our growers increase all flower prices for these peak trading periods and we pass that through.

Will my wedding be posted on social media?

We post images of weddings and events to Instagram and our online portfolio unless you ask us not to. If your photographer's images are used, we credit them. If you have a wedding hashtag, let us know so we can use it too.

Do you take on every wedding that enquires?

We generally only do one wedding per day so we can maintain the level of service we want to give. That means availability is limited, especially in peak season. We do not work over the Christmas, New Year, or Easter periods.

Can you work to my budget?

Provided you are at or above the minimum spend, yes. The more honestly you share your budget in the enquiry form, the more accurately we can quote and the better we can design within that range. We would rather steer you toward the most beautiful version of what your budget allows than under-quote and disappoint.

Do you do events as well as weddings?

Yes. Private parties, corporate events, brand activations, hosted dinners, milestone celebrations. The same considered eye, the same full-service approach. See the Events page for the full picture.
